At PestX, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

 

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are available for products returned in their original condition within 7 days of purchase.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
Refund Time Frame:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your bank account within 2 days.
Shipping & Return Charges:
Shipping and return charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Used Products:
If a product has been used and you are not satisfied, we will deduct shipping(Rs.180) charges before processing the refund.
